This is a business-driving role with direct impact on food and beverage revenue and profitability. You will take full responsibility for marketing and branding all F&B outlets, ensuring strong market positioning, sustained occupancy, and revenue growth. As a key strategic leader, you will have the mandate to influence decision-making across product development, pricing, promotions, events, and brand positioning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and elevate a compelling F&B brand while collaborating closely with operations teams and external partners.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all F&B outlets, defining the unique positioning and role of each concept within the portfolio\nCreate and manage 360-degree campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, events, brand collaborations, and traditional advertising\nDrive occupancy and revenue through strategic promotional activities, traffic generation, and seasonal campaign planning (holidays, special events, themed brunches)\nCollaborate on pricing strategies, conversion optimization, and revenue management initiatives with F&B leadership\nProduce compelling content and storytelling that builds a strong, cohesive F&B brand identity and communicates the emotional experience of each outlet\nMonitor campaign performance, traffic metrics, paid online activities, and ROI; translate data insights into actionable business decisions\nWork collaboratively with F&B management and culinary teams to influence menu storytelling, guest experience, and operational offerings\nManage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure quality execution and cost efficiency\nStay informed on gastronomy trends, local market dynamics, and competitive positioning within Cairo's F&B landscape\nSupport the development of brand guidelines, collateral materials, and visual assets that reflect premium positioning and local market preferences\n Proven experience in F&B marketing, ideally from a luxury hotel, premium restaurant group, or lifestyle marketing agency\nDemonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable business impact on revenue and occupancy\nStrong hands-on experience creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and building brand narratives\nProficiency in digital marketing channels including social media management, online advertising, and analytics platforms\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights\nExperience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams\nSolid understanding of the F&B industry, dining experiences, and the ability to translate culinary concepts into compelling marketing messages\nFamiliarity with gastronomy trends and the luxury/premium market segment\nFluent, professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal)\nFluent Arabic language proficiency\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously\nCollaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams\nCreative thinking and innovative approach to problem-solving and campaign development\nFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nKnowledge of the Egyptian F&B market, local consumer behavior, and regional media landscape (preferred)\nExperience with event marketing and experiential activations (preferred)\n Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
