Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary £32,042.40 per year.\nAs our Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will:\nDeliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty throughout their stay.\nLead and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all service areas.\nSupervise team members on shift, ensuring duties are completed to a high standard and guests receive outstanding service.\nTrain, coach and motivate team members in company procedures, product knowledge and service standards.\nCreate a welcoming dining and bar experience where every guest feels valued.\nManage stock levels, stock rotation and ordering requirements for food, beverages and catering supplies.\nEnsure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards at all times.\nWork closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.\nDrive sales by promoting food, beverage and hotel services and encouraging upselling opportunities.\nPromote and support the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.\nMaintain effective communication across all departments.\nOrganise operational activities efficiently, including production, storage and distribution processes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve service, increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.\n Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.\nProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.\nStrong organisational and time management abilities.\nAbility to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.\nFlexible to work shifts Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.\nCommercial awareness with a proactive approach to driving sales and business performance.\n A little more information:\nAs F&B Team Leader you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience together with your team.
