instructed.\nSupport the team in setting tables, side stations, and service areas as per hotel standards.\nAssist in maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the assigned workstation before and during operations.\nWelcome and assist guests courteously under the guidance of senior team members.\nAssist in serving food and beverages as per established service standards.\nSupport the team in ensuring food and beverages are served promptly and at the appropriate temperature.\nAssist with clearing and resetting tables after guests' departure.\nHelp maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and service areas.\nFollow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times.\nAssist in collecting food and beverage supplies as instructed by the supervisor.\nReport guest requests, complaints, incidents, or irregularities to the supervisor immediately.\nAssist other F&B outlets during busy periods or whenever required.\nLearn and follow the hotel's service standards, procedures, and operating practices.\nLearning & Development Responsibilities\nDevelop knowledge of F&B operations, menu items, preparation methods, and service procedures.\nLearn about the hotel's outlets, facilities, and guest services.\nAttend all departmental briefings, meetings, training sessions, and learning activities as assigned.\nObserve and learn proper guest interaction and service techniques from senior team members.\nDevelop basic knowledge of upselling and promoting F&B offerings under supervision.\nFollow instructions provided by supervisors and seek guidance whenever required.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nReport for duty on time and in a clean and complete uniform.\nMaintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.\nFollow hotel fire, life safety, emergency, and security procedures.\nMaintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.\nSupport the team in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming working
