and efficient delivery of service while consistently exceeding guest expectations.\nMonitor daily operations across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and conference & events outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.\nProactively address guest enquiries, special requests, feedback, and complaints, ensuring effective service recovery and guest satisfaction.\nTrain, coach, and mentor team members, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture and supporting ongoing career development.\nWork closely with the Kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and service timing meet brand and guest expectations.\nAssist with workforce planning, including preparing staff rosters and managing labor costs in line with budget targets and business demands.\nSupport inventory management, stock control, and operational compliance processes to maintain efficiency and profitability.\nEnsure compliance with Accor brand standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and all relevant food safety and RSA regulations.\nLead by example, promoting a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.\n Qualifications & Experience\nA genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage service, and creating memorable guest experiences, always striving to find the \"YES\" in every situation.\nDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams to achieve outstanding operational results.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and presentation.\nProven experience in both à la carte dining and conference & events operations, with a thorough understanding of service delivery in fast-paced hospitality environments.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.\nSound knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.\nFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.\nPrevious supervisory or team leader experience within a hotel environment will be highly regarded.\n Key Success
