ensure continuous audit readiness.\nDeliver mandatory training programs and track completion across all F&B team members.\nContent Development & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop, update, and standardize training materials, SOPs, manuals, and checklists in collaboration with F&B leadership.\nContinuously review and enhance training effectiveness based on feedback, audits, and evolving business needs.\nImplement modern learning approaches, including blended learning and digital training tools where applicable.\nMonitoring, Reporting & Analytics\nTrack and report on key training metrics, including training hours, participation, assessment results, and completion rates.\nMeasure training effectiveness through post-training performance, guest feedback, and operational KPIs.\nPrepare monthly training reports highlighting progress, impact, and areas for improvement.\nMaintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and development tracking for all team members.\n Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.\nMinimum 5-7 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations and/or Learning & Development.\nProven experience in delivering training within a hospitality environment.\nStrong understanding of service standards, guest experience, and F&B operations.\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate training into measurable performance outcomes.\nProficient in MS Office and familiar with learning management systems (LMS) is an advantage.\nProfessional level of English required;
