The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs.\nWelcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.\nPerform efficient and accurate check-in and check-out procedures.\nEscort VIP guests through personalized arrival and departure experiences when required.\nProvide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.\nMaintain a strong knowledge of hotel products, promotions, and services.\nVerify guest reservations and registration details.\nProcess room assignments according to guest preferences and hotel standards.\nHandle room upgrades, special requests, and changes efficiently.\nMaintain accurate guest profiles and records in the Property Management System (PMS).\nLiaise effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.\nRespond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.\nCommunicate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest preferences to relevant departments.\nProcess payments, deposits, billing adjustments, and foreign currency transactions in accordance with hotel policies.\nBalance cash floats and complete daily financial reports accurately.\nEnsure all guest accounts are correctly posted and settled.\nMaintain confidentiality of guest information and financial transactions.\nAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.\nResolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to achieve guest satisfaction.\nFollow up on guest requests and feedback to ensure successful resolution.\nBuild positive guest relationships and encourage repeat business.\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Reception within a luxury hotel is preferred.\nKnowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent spoken and written English & Arabic;
