The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, assisting with daily front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWelcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.\n\nAssist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.\n\nHandle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.\n\nProvide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.\n\nAssist with reservations, room assignments, booking modifications, and payment procedures.\n\nAnswer telephone calls and respond to guest messages and requests.\n\nCoordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.\n\nMaintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel system.\n\nHandle guest complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues.\n\nAssist VIP and special-request guests when required.\n\nEnsure the Front Desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.\n\nFollow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.\n\nSupport the Front Office team with daily operational tasks as assigned.\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.\n\n Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or Guest Relations is preferred.\n\nMinimum high school diploma or equivalent.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nFriendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.\n\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWilling to work on a daily worker basis, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.\n\nGood command of English is preferred; additional language skills are an advantage.\n\n Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
