During your shifts, you help create a positive atmosphere within the Front Office team, consisting of 24 team members. In addition, you are a structured and well-organized leader, ensuring that shifts run smoothly for both yourself and the team. Besides the operational side of the Front Office, you also support various administrative tasks. These may include reviewing and writing emails, preparing staff schedules, conducting job interviews together with HR or the Front Office Manager, and leading performance reviews and training sessions.
