Include:**\n**Required Qualifications:**\nMinimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within a hotel brand or similar hospitality business\nProven track record in P&L management, financial planning, and revenue optimization\nStrong business acumen and demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and delivering on KPIs\nPassionate about growing and developing self and others through coaching and mentorship\nExceptional relationship-building abilities with guests, team members, owners, and stakeholders\nStrategic, creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills\nProven leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and build high-performing teams\nExpertise in revenue management strategies, including occupancy optimization and rate management\nDemonstrated knowledge of hospitality compliance, safety protocols, and risk management\nExperience managing vendor and supplier relationships to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nHospitality management degree or equivalent professional certification\nExperience with brand standards and service delivery best practices\nBackground in
