The sky is your limit\nPay Rate: $31.50 USD Gross hourly\n Reporting to the Director of Group Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nCommunicates client preferences to cross-departmental teams\nReview and action any special arrangements\nPrepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process\nPrompt response to internal and external guests’ inquiries\nPerform sites of the property\nFile all internal and external events event bookings and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance\nAssist with incoming phone calls and emails to the Group Sales Office, qualify the inquiry and distribute\nComplete reservations for travel agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspections\nCultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel agency partners\nAttend department and other property meetings as required\nGreet and assist VIP clients and industry guest when visiting the property\n Previous Sales experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred\nComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications and/or relevant computer applications required \nExperience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office preferred\nAbility to multi-task and work under pressure\nHighly organized, results-oriented with ability to be flexible and to work well under pressure, strong level of initiative required\nProven command of the English language, both oral and written. Excellent telephone etiquette.
