As a GSA Housekeeping staff member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.\nClean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene\nRespond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping matters\nProperly handle and store cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest amenities\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences\nReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel\nMaintain the security and privacy of guest rooms and hotel property\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines\nAssist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens\nParticipate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning techniques\nContribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a professional and courteous attitude towards guests and colleagues. \n Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred\nWarm and caring personality with a customer-focused mindset\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills\nAbility to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming at all times\nEffective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks\nPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods\nKnowledge of cleaning products, procedures, and safety protocols\nFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays\nStrong communication skills in English;
