Together, we create exceptional experiences for guests from around the world while building rewarding careers for our people.\n Position Overview\nWe are looking for a friendly, service-minded, and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent Intern to join our Front Office team. The intern will support daily front desk operations and assist guests throughout their stay to ensure a warm, professional, and memorable experience.\nThis position is particularly suitable for candidates who are confident in communicating in English and are interested in developing their career in the hospitality industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.\n\nAssist with check-in and check-out procedures.\n\nProvide information about hotel facilities, services, room types, and operating hours.\n\nHandle guest requests, inquiries, and basic complaints professionally.\n\nAssist guests with transportation, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, and other hotel services.\n\nCommunicate with guests in English to provide effective and personalized service.\n\nAnswer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries when required.\n\nCoordinate with other hotel departments, such as Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Concierge, to fulfill guest requests.\n\nAssist with luggage and other Front Office services when required.\n\nMaintain accurate guest information and assist with basic Front Office administrative tasks.\n\nFollow hotel standards, policies, and procedures at all times.\n\nMaintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent hospitality etiquette.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or management.\n\n Currently studying in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.\n\nGood command of spoken and written English.\n\nRussin speaking woukd be advantage\n\nFriendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nWilling to learn and work as part of a multicultural team.\n\nAble to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.\n\nGood problem-solving and customer-service skills.\n\nProfessional appearance and positive attitude.\n\nBasic computer skills.\n\nAble to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if
