In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and warmth. You will work collaboratively with our F&B and front office teams to ensure seamless operations and create memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.\nWelcome and greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their dining experience\nRespond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction\nDemonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge and provide personalized recommendations, highlighting specials and promoting hotel facilities to maximize sales opportunities\nExecute flawless table service, including setup, clearing of soiled items, and resetting tables between guest arrivals\nTake accurate guest orders and maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are posted correctly and promptly\nCoordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office departments to maintain operational efficiency and exceptional service standards\nInspect and prepare all operating equipment, linens, and condiments before service to ensure readiness and quality\nHandle guest luggage and belongings with courtesy and care, managing room inventory according to individual guest needs\nMaintain detailed knowledge of property layout, fire exits, and emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and security\nMonitor and control inventory levels, identifying cost-effective resource utilization and minimizing breakage, pilferage, and spoilage\nReport equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, suspicious activities, or emergency situations to management immediately\nDemonstrate flexibility and readiness to support other departments and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management\nComply with all occupational health and safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues\n **Required Skills & Competencies:**\nExceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations\nStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members\nComprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, dining etiquette, and table service techniques\nProficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and hotel management software\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail\nProblem-solving abilities and composure when handling challenging situations or guest complaints\nPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and perform service duties for extended periods\nFlexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nSales and upselling capabilities with sound product knowledge\n**Preferred Experience:**\nPrevious experience in guest service, F&B service, or hospitality industry roles\nExperience working in a hotel, restaurant, or upscale dining establishment\nDemonstrated track record of delivering exceptional customer service\nExperience handling guest complaints and resolving conflicts professionally\n**Education & Certifications:**\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nHospitality or food service training or certification (preferred)\nKnowledge of health, safety, and sanitation protocols in food service environments\n**Domain Expertise:**\nHospitality industry standards and best practices\nUnderstanding of food and beverage operations and service procedures\nFamiliarity with Indian hospitality customs and multilingual capabilities (beneficial for Mumbai
