They will exhibit a friendly and professional demeanor in all guest interactions as you document and ensure any issues are resolved. They will undergo product knowledge training about the facilities and its amenities to address guest questions.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nResponsible for greetings every guest at the Reception Area\nPrepare Registration Card , Confirmation and Keys for Registration\nRegister arriving guest with professional and room tour of the hotel facilities\nMaintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests\nCommunicate effectively with guests and fellow team members\nFacilitate guest departures daily by following established procedures to close guest accounts and determine future room availability\nProcessing guest payments\nRegularly calculates and/or posts monies, receipts, guest accounts, and other forms of credit using proper cash handling methods and established procedures to present the guest with accurate hotel charges upon check-out.\nCourteously answers inquiries and accept reservations, both in person and over the phone.
