In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety programs that ensure compliance with Egyptian labor regulations and international safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a decisive approach to creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.\nDevelop, implement, and manage health and safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Egyptian labor laws and international standards\nConduct regular workplace inspections and hazard assessments to identify potential risks and unsafe conditions\nInvestigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive health and safety records, documentation, and reports\nProvide health and safety training and awareness programs to employees at all organizational levels\nMonitor and analyze safety performance metrics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement\nCollaborate with management and department heads to ensure safety compliance and foster a strong safety culture\nPrepare and present safety reports to senior management and relevant regulatory authorities\nStay current with changes in Egyptian labor regulations and international safety standards\nRespond to workplace emergencies and coordinate emergency response procedures\nConduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner\n Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field\nNEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certification or equivalent professional certification\nCurrent First Aid and CPR certification\nMinimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a health and safety role\nProven experience developing and implementing workplace safety programs\nStrong knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations and international safety standards (OSHA or equivalent)\nDemonstrated experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis\nProficiency in risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach\nProficiency with safety management systems and Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams\nProfessional demeanor with the ability to make decisive decisions in safety-critical situations\nValid driver's license (preferred)\n Your team and working environment:\nA passionate and inspired team that creates unique experiences for all they meet.\nWe recognize and celebrate our team and individual success\nHotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
