In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of holiday planning assistants to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning clientele.\nOversee and manage a team of holiday planning assistants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship\nDevelop and implement innovative holiday packages and experiences tailored to client preferences and budgets\nCollaborate with local vendors, attractions, and service providers to curate unique and exclusive offerings\nEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the planning and execution process\nManage budgets and financial aspects of holiday planning operations\nAnalyse market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve our holiday planning services\nResolve complex customer issues and handle high-profile client requests\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the tourism industry\nImplement and oversee quality control measures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality holiday experiences\nStay informed about local events, attractions, and cultural activities in Phu Quoc and surrounding areas\n Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in holiday planning, event management, or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry\nProven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively\nExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)\nProficiency in event planning software and tools\nIn-depth knowledge of the Vietnamese tourism industry, particularly in Phu Quoc and surrounding areas\nExperience in budgeting and financial planning for holiday packages and events\nStrong customer service orientation with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required\nProfessional certifications such as Certified Meeting
