In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the housekeeping operations of our facility, ensuring that all residential and common areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Reporting to senior management, you will lead a dedicated housekeeping team while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where excellence is celebrated and continuous improvement is encouraged. day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department while maintaining brand standards and service excellence\nActively supervise housekeeping staff on the floor, providing guidance, support, and real-time feedback to ensure consistent quality\nMaintain all residential spaces, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to the highest cleanliness and organizational standards\nRecruit, onboard, train, and develop housekeeping team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth\nCreate and manage weekly work schedules while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies\nConduct regular inspections and quality audits of guestrooms, storage areas, and public spaces to verify adherence to standards\nOversee inventory management, attendance, manage timekeeping, and oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness\nConduct monthly departmental meetings, performance reviews, and recognition programs to motivate and lbs or more\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed\n **Required Qualifications:**\nMinimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in a hospitality, hotel, or Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline\nSpecific experience in residential housekeeping management or luxury hospitality environments\nKnowledge of housekeeping standards, best practices, and industry benchmarks\nExperience with housekeeping management software or property management systems\nCertification in hospitality management or professional
