daily task with room attendant.\n\nEnsure the room attendant are following sequence of cleaning.\n\nEnsure VIP amenities are in room before guest’s arrival.\n\nEnsure special attention given to VIP rooms.\n\nEnsures that all flower arrangements look pleasant before the delivery to the rooms.\n\nEnsure extra bed and extra amenities are in room before the guest’s arrival.\n\nConducts daily inspection of employee grooming.\n\nInspects all guest rooms, corridors and stores on a daily basis to ensure highest standard of cleanliness.\n\nConducts on the job training for all Room Attendants.\n\nMaintains effective employee relations.\n\nChecks and maintains equipment and machines used.\n\nAttends daily briefing with EKH/AEH in Housekeeping.\n\nReport any sick, irregular guest, and any stranger on guest corridors to the Housekeeper and Security Office immediately.\n\nProper handover and takeover of the incoming and outgoing shifts to be handled well.\n\nReport all Lost & Found items to Housekeeping.\n\nFollow up “Do not disturb” rooms.\n\nTrain attendants constantly, supervise work performance and working habit.\n\nPrepare inventory for room linen.\n\nNotify Housekeeper any damage caused by guest.\n\nWhile inspecting guest rooms and other area there should be eye for detail.\n\nMake sure trolleys are parked well in the guest corridors and while cleaning room the trolleys must be parked properly at the guest room entrance.\n\nEnsures punctuality, attendance and courteous attitude.\n\nEnsure all guest rooms are cleaned.\n\nInspect all work done by Room Attendant.\n\n The following knowledge, skills and abilities are required:\nAttention to detail, style and aesthetics of hotel is critical.\nOutstanding verbal and written communications skills.\nAbility to attract new, dynamic talent who compliment the vision of the department / hotel.\nThe ability to react and adjust to changing business environment and lead the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the department.\nCollege Degree in Hospitality or similar field.\n2 years experience in similar role.\nFluent in English, Arabic and French\n Sofitel Royal Bay Resort
