In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the entire IT function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen, demonstrating the ability to make decisive decisions, manage complex projects, and inspire high-performing teams in a collaborative and transparent environment.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.\nOversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.\nLead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
