Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the hotel’s IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.\nProvide technical support to hotel colleagues and management.\nEnsure smooth operation of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, IPTV, Wi-Fi, telephony, CCTV, and access control systems.\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.\nCoordinate with external vendors and service providers for system installations, upgrades, and maintenance.\nMaintain user accounts, permissions, and data security in accordance with company policies.\nPerform regular system backups and support disaster recovery procedures.\nAssist in implementing new technologies and IT projects to improve operational efficiency.\nMaintain accurate IT inventory records and manage IT assets.\nTrain employees on the effective use of hotel technology systems and applications.\nEnsure compliance with cybersecurity standards and data protection requirements.\n Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry with excellent communication skills.\nKnowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity principles.\nExperience with hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, IPTV, CCTV, and access control is preferred.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.\nRelevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are an advantage.\n Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nWhy work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
