Each of our 105 villas boast a private pool, cozy terrace and direct access to the ocean. The contemporary and eco-friendly design of the villas offer our guests a comfortable accommodation and laid-back resort experience.

  • Lead and manage all landscaping and horticultural operations across the resort, ensuring gardens, lawns, beaches, public areas, villas, pathways, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve landscape maintenance programs, seasonal planting schedules, and beautification projects that enhance the resort's natural environment and guest experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the landscaping team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, sustainability, and continuous development.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of all plants, trees, palms, turf, and landscaped areas through effective irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, and disease management programs.
  • Manage all irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage and support sustainable landscaping practices throughout the resort.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping enhancement projects, garden redesigns, renovations, and new developments, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, control landscaping operating expenses, and oversee the procurement, inventory, and storage of plants, tools, equipment, fertilizers, and other landscaping materials.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Sustainability, and Guest Experience teams to maintain exceptional outdoor environments and support resort initiatives, events, weddings, VIP visits, and special functions.
  • Preserve and enhance the island's natural beauty by promoting biodiversity, protecting native plant species, and implementing environmentally responsible landscaping practices.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance, ensuring all landscaping services and projects comply with resort standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all landscaped areas and implement corrective actions to maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability policies, including the safe handling and storage of fertilizers, chemicals, and landscaping equipment.
  • Support the resort's sustainability goals through water conservation, waste reduction, composting initiatives, and environmentally friendly pest management programs.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and project updates, while maintaining accurate records of landscaping activities, costs, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Continuously seek innovative landscaping solutions that enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the resort's luxury image.
  • Diploma or Degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Landscaping Manager, Landscaping Supervisor, Horticulture Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, or luxury properties preferred.
  • Knowledge of tropical plants, irrigation systems, plant care, turf management, and pest control.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage landscaping projects, budgets, and procurement activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to lead a multicultural team.
  • Experience in a tropical island or luxury resort environment is an advantage.
