Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\n Maintenance Engineer - Key Responsibilities\nPlan, schedule, and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective/unplanned maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.\nMonitor the condition and performance of machines and equipment to identify potential failures and minimize unexpected breakdowns and operational downtime.\nLead troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair activities for electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.\nParticipate in new machinery installation, commissioning, testing, and production transfer projects, ensuring proper maintenance requirements and technical standards are established from the beginning.\nTake an active role in machine construction, modification, overhaul, refurbishment, and revision activities.\nDevelop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, technical procedures, and maintenance standards for all assigned equipment.\nAnalyze recurring equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify corrective actions and prevent recurrence.\nLead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment reliability, efficiency, safety, and maintenance performance.\nCoordinate with Production and other operational departments to plan maintenance activities while minimizing disruption to operations.\nManage and maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, work orders, breakdown reports, and technical documentation.\nSupport the development and implementation of maintenance KPIs, including equipment availability, downtime, breakdown frequency, preventive maintenance completion, and maintenance response time.\nManage spare parts and maintenance materials, including stock monitoring, critical spare identification, minimum stock levels, and timely replenishment.\nReview technical specifications and support the selection and procurement of spare parts, tools, equipment, and maintenance services.\nCoordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers during specialized maintenance, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing.\nEnsure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company requirements.\nConduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical installations to ensure safe and reliable operation.\nAssist in preparing maintenance budgets, annual maintenance plans, and equipment replacement or capital expenditure proposals.\nReview equipment manuals, technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure proper maintenance and repair practices.\nSupport the implementation and improvement of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ensure maintenance data is accurately recorded and updated.\nTrain, guide, and support maintenance technicians and team members in proper troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and safe working practices.\nEnsure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and completed within the required timeframe.\nParticipate in equipment performance reviews, reliability improvement programs, and energy-efficiency initiatives.\nMaintain an adequate level of technical readiness to respond to urgent breakdowns and critical equipment failures.\nRecommend technical improvements, equipment upgrades, and process modifications to enhance reliability, productivity, energy efficiency, and operational performance.\nPerform any other maintenance and engineering responsibilities as assigned by management.\n Qualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering.\nStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.\nExperience in preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.\nStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.\nExperience with PPM, CMMS, and maintenance planning.\nKnowledge of spare parts management and maintenance documentation.\nAbility to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.\nGood knowledge of HSE and maintenance safety procedures.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.\nGood command of English;
