We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy and commercially minded Marketing Executive who can bring our hotel brand to life, connect with our guests and turn great ideas into marketing activity that delivers results.\nWorking closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and our hotel teams, you’ll play an important role in shaping how the hotel is seen, experienced and talked about from social media and digital campaigns to content, events, promotions and partnerships.\nThis is a hands on role for someone who loves creating compelling content, spotting opportunities, trying new ideas and seeing their work make a real difference. You’ll help build awareness, increase engagement, support revenue generating initiatives and strengthen our position in the local market, while ensuring everything we do is consistent with our brand standards.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBring the hotel brand to life through creative campaigns, promotions, storytelling, content and communications.\nOwn day-to-day digital content across social media, website, email and other channels, ensuring our presence is fresh, relevant and engaging.\nDevelop content that showcases our rooms, restaurant, bar, meetings and events, people and local experiences, giving guests compelling reasons to choose us.\nKeep hotel information, offers, imagery and content accurate and engaging across OTAs, third-party websites and digital platforms.\nSupport the planning and delivery of the annual marketing strategy, campaigns and promotional calendar, bringing fresh ideas and a commercial mindset.\nCreate campaigns that build awareness, drive engagement and support room nights, F&B and Conference & Events revenue.\nWork closely with Conference & Events, Food & Beverage, Sales and Operations to promote events, functions, packages and special offers.\nDevelop and coordinate marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets and promotional materials.\nCoordinate photography, video and other content creation, maintaining an organised and inspiring marketing asset library.\nMonitor campaign, social and digital performance, using insights and data to continually improve what we do.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage local partnerships, influencers, media and community connections to extend our reach.\nStay ahead of hospitality, digital, social media and content trends, bringing new ideas, inspiration and opportunities to the team.\nWork with hotel teams, corporate office, agencies, suppliers and external partners to bring campaigns from concept to execution.\nKeep marketing calendars, campaign plans, reports and project timelines organised, measurable and on track.\n What We’re Looking For\nA creative, enthusiastic and commercially minded marketer with a genuine passion for hospitality, content and digital marketing.\nDemonstrated experience across social media, website content, email marketing and digital platforms.\nA strong eye for content, storytelling, visual presentation and brand consistency.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.\nSomeone who is ideas-driven but also organised and delivery-focused you enjoy turning concepts into action.\nA collaborative team player who is confident working with multiple departments, stakeholders and external partners.\nA curious marketer who enjoys learning, testing new ideas and understanding what works and why.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding that great marketing should ultimately help grow awareness, engagement and revenue.\nExperience in hospitality, tourism, hotels, events or a consumer-facing environment would be highly regarded.\nFull Australian work rights. \n What we offer\nFree on-site car park\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.\nDevelop your talent through Accor’s learning programs.\nOpportunity to grow within your property and across the world!\nAbility to contribute to the community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) activities.\nOur Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion\nWe are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
