Ensure that all relevant information is obtained.\nEnsure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.\nDate stamp and file processed reservations in the designated areas\nClear past reservations from filing cabinets to be stored in box files each month.\nTake personal responsibility to ensure that all inquiries are addressed.\nEnsure all outward correspondence complies with company procedures, and any unusual correspondence is authorised by the Reservations Manager.\nAssist in the preparation and checking of the rate manual.\nCheck and update, as necessary, rates in the computer system.\nAdhere to rates published in the Rate Manual or rate advertisements.
