As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.\nWhat you will be doing:\nBalance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy\nVerify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted\nProvide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift\nAssist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally\nMaintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees\nFollow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished\nCollaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns\nGenerate and distribute various financial and operational reports\nSupport the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.\n You will excel in this role if you have:\nPrevious experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry (essential)\nProficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera Cloud, and Microsoft Excel\nStrong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills\nBasic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security procedures\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service\nAdaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nFlexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong organisational skills and time management abilities.\n Bring passion and dedication to excellence, and we will recognise your contribution with a variety of benefits, rewards and development opportunities within the global Accor network.
