In the absence of management, you will help maintain the safety and security of our guests, team members and hotel at all times.\nJoin us and become a Heartist®.\n What you’ll be doing:\nWelcoming our late arrival guests and farewell to our early departures.\nEnsure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel’s overnight operation, maintaining guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.\nTaking initiative to ensure positive and productive interactions with our customers.\nUndertake the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, including checking and preparing reports, completing audits, and collating the necessary paperwork for departures.\nPrepare and distribute relevant reports to relevant departments.\nManaging and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guest details ensuring all details are recorded accurately.\nProviding efficient service for guest registration and departure by checking in and out guests as required.\nMaximising guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.\nAttending to guests' requests efficiently and effectively to ensure total customer satisfaction.\n The must-haves:\nBe a night owl who enjoys working with a team\nExceptional customer service & communication skills\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously\nA hands-on team player with a can-do attitude\nInitiates contact and establishes rapport easily\nWillingness to take ownership and have the initiative to carry out different tasks as required\nA good understanding of finance and accounting practices\nThe ability to coordinate multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail\nYour Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.\nKnowledge of Opera Cloud is a bonus\nFull Tasmanian Drivers License\nAn ability to work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays\n In return we will offer you…\nALL Heartist Membership -
