In line with the requirements set by the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. If this is the case… Then we want YOU to join our Front Office team! :)\nWhat will you do?\nWelcome late arrivals and bid farewell to early departures with a warm and friendly attitude.\nCarry out the Night Audit.\nPrepare and distribute relevant reports to internal departments.\nManage and confirm reservation details and accounts for in-house guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.\nSupport hotel operations and assist other departments in preparing for the next day.\nProvide food and beverage service during the night shift.\nEnsure the safety and security of all guests while assisting with hotel operations.\nRespond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues efficiently.\nClean and maintain public areas, including the front entrance, lobby, bar, and staff areas.\nFollow the hotel's fire safety procedures and assist with emergency situations when needed.\nBe the face of Ibis, consistently conveying a positive and professional image.\nManage daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings.\nAssist in promoting sales within the department and maximize every sales opportunity.\n Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can!
