The Openings & Ramp-up Performance Trainee provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Openings & Ramp-up team. This role offers an immersive learning experience in international hospitality, where the trainee will assist in tracking hotel opening milestones, compiling performance reports,maintaining playbooks, and coordinating communications with upcoming hotels globally.

Main accountabilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining the global hotel openings tracker, ensuring all key pre-opening milestones, opening dates, and contact lists are accurate and up to date.
• Help organize and update materials for the commercial onboarding program. Coordinate logistics, invites, and presentation decks for training sessions designed for hotel teams.
• Support Opening & Ramp up teams as a point of contact for routine inquiries from local hotel teams, helping route questions to the correct specialists B2B Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Loyalty and e-commerce teams when necessary.
• Assist in updating playbooks, toolkits, and template libraries. Ensure that the latest commercial guidelines, presentation templates, and digital resources are easily accessible to hotel teams.
• Afterpropertraining from the team, deploy personalized commercial activation plans for individual openings of hotels

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail (essential for tracker and data management).
• Experience working closely with hotels
• Good analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data sets.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about hospitality commercial strategies
• Fluent in French & Englis
