Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/\nDo what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS\"\n Assist the Outlet Supervisor in the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet.\nLead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure high standards of guest service.\nWelcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure their needs are handled promptly and professionally.\nMonitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.\nAssign daily tasks and coordinate team members according to operational requirements.\nBrief the team before shifts and communicate important operational information.\nSupport the training, coaching, and development of team members.\nEnsure compliance with hotel standards, service procedures, and brand standards.\nMonitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests, comments, and complaints appropriately.\nCoordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth service.\nMonitor table setup, cleanliness, mise-en-place, and overall outlet presentation.\nAssist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling where applicable.\nEnsure proper handling of equipment, operating supplies, and inventory.\nFollow all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.\nReport operational issues, maintenance concerns, and guest feedback to the Outlet Supervisor.\nSupport the Outlet Supervisor in achieving departmental targets and maintaining efficient operations.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.\n Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.\nPrevious supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood knowledge of food and beverage service standards.\nAbility to lead, motivate, and support a team.\nGuest-focused and service-oriented approach.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nGood command of English;
