In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete purchasing cycle, from vendor selection through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism in all procurement activities.\nProcess and manage purchase orders while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures\nIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms without compromising quality standards\nAnalyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance metrics to optimize procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities\nMaintain detailed records of all purchasing transactions, contracts, and vendor communications for audit and compliance purposes\nCoordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services\nMonitor inventory levels and work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally\nCustomize procurement processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce procurement cycle times\nEnsure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations\nPrepare reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis for management review\n Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management\nProven expertise in vendor management, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions\nProficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle)\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English;
