Guided by the same principles that propelled the original Delano to icon status, Delano Dubai will usher in a new era of sophisticated style and elevated service to the UAE.\nLocated on the pristine shores of Bluewaters Island, the Delano Dubai resort will boast an array of luxury rooms and suites, four exceptional culinary and mixology experiences, an ocean front swimming pool and a wellness studio.\n As Restaurant Supervisor at Tutto Passa, DELANO Dubai, you will support the restaurant leadership team in delivering smooth daily operations and warm, energetic and personalised service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.\nInspired by the spirit and generosity of Italian hospitality, you will lead from the floor, support the team and ensure every guest experience feels considered, engaging and distinctly Tutto Passa.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.\n\nLead the team on the floor, supporting smooth service flow and guest engagement.\n\nSupport elevated à la carte lunch and dinner service, including pacing, table management and attention to detail.\n\nConduct pre-service briefings covering reservations, VIPs, menu updates and priorities.\n\nCoach and support team members during service, providing guidance and feedback.\n\nMaintain strong menu, beverage and product knowledge and support the team with recommendations and upselling.\n\nWork closely with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure seamless service.\n\nBuild genuine relationships with guests and respond confidently to feedback and requests.\n\nSupport opening and closing procedures, inventory and operational requirements.\n\nEnsure food safety, hygiene and DELANO service standards are consistently maintained.\n\n Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional within a luxury hotel, lifestyle property or elevated restaurant.\n\nStrong à la carte restaurant experience and understanding of service sequence and floor operations.\n\nItalian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is highly desirable.\n\nConfident, engaging and hands-on with strong communication and team leadership skills.\n\nStrong food & beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.\n\nFluent English; Italian, Russian or additional languages are an advantage.\n\nGreat Personality: At DELANO Dubai, personality and experience are equally valued.
