occupancy levels, and room status management to ensure optimal operational efficiency\nManage and optimise room revenue through strategic pricing, forecasting, and yield management initiatives\nSupervise and coordinate the housekeeping and maintenance teams, including staff scheduling, induction, and performance management\nMonitor and maintain the highest standards of room cleanliness, maintenance, and guest-ready conditions across all guest rooms\nLiaise with the Front Office and Guest Services teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences\nAnalyse occupancy data, revenue reports, and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend improvements\nAddress and resolve guest complaints and maintenance issues promptly and professionally\nManage room maintenance requests and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping departments\nMaintain accurate records of room status, maintenance schedules, and inventory within management systems (PMS) and hotel management software\nExcellent knowledge of revenue management principles and pricing strategies\nSolid understanding of health, safety, and security protocols
