sales presentations, proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.\nManage and maintain accurate sales databases, records, reports, and commercial documentation.\nSupport the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements.\nManage Meetings & Events enquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.\nPrepare and coordinate event quotations, BEOs, function sheets, and related event documentation.\nLiaise with clients and operational departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of meetings and events.\nConduct event follow-up and post-event administration, including documentation and reporting.\nMaintain accurate tracking of enquiries, proposals, conversions, and event activities.\nContribute to revenue conversion, commercial
