As Spa Supervisor, your leadership and passion will inspire an engaged team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service, transforming each moment into a lasting memory.\nSummary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:\nConsistently deliver professional, engaging, and gracious service\nOversee day-to-day Spa operations, ensuring all service and brand standards are upheld\nComplete monthly reporting, including retail audits and performance tracking\nSupport and administer payroll processing as assigned\nEnsure team members are well-trained across all Spa operations, including treatment knowledge, retail, and room readiness\nBalance operational, administrative, and colleague needs with efficiency and care\nUphold all departmental policies, procedures, and luxury service standards\nEnsure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols\nPerform additional duties as assigned\n Qualifications:\nPrevious leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment preferred\nProficient in Microsoft applications\nExperience within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting is an asset\nPost-secondary degree or certification in a related field considered an asset\nExceptional communication and organizational skills\nStrong interpersonal abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset\nHighly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented\nAbility to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative team player with a positive and supportive approach\nGuest-focused, with the ability to remain calm, composed, and courteous at all times\n Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
