As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.\nOversee and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment bookings, staff scheduling, and facility management\nEnsure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures\nTrain, coach, and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards\nManage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed\nImplement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spa's offerings and overall guest experience\nMonitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spa areas and equipment\nHandle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally\nCollaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences\nAnalyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spa's services and operations\n Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry\nIn-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices\nStrong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences\nProficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities\nExperience in luxury hotel or resort operations is highly preferred\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations\nDemonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting\nFluency in English;
