As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment, supporting the success of our Food & Beverage operations and guest satisfaction.\nWhat is in it for you:\nSupervise the daily operations of the Stewarding department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene are maintained across all food and beverage outlets, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.\nLead, train, coach, and motivate the stewarding team, ensuring efficient manpower utilization and continuous development of team members.\nCoordinate and monitor the cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and operating equipment to support smooth Food & Beverage operations.\nEnsure all stewarding activities comply with company policies, HACCP standards, hygiene regulations, and health and safety requirements.\nConduct regular inspections of kitchens, storage areas, and waste disposal areas to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.\nManage stewarding schedules and resource planning to support business demands, including high-volume operations, banquets, and special events.\nOversee the proper handling, storage, and inventory of operating equipment, minimizing breakage and loss.\nWork closely with the culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure operational requirements are met and service standards are consistently delivered.\nMonitor chemical usage and cleaning procedures, ensuring all team members are trained on the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.\nEnsure waste management and recycling practices are followed in line with company and environmental standards.\nSupport the team during busy operational periods and lead by example to maintain a positive and productive working environment.\nAssist in controlling departmental costs while ensuring the availability of all necessary equipment and supplies.\n Your experience and skills include:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a Stewarding Supervisor role or similar leadership position within a hotel or large-scale Food & Beverage operation.\nStrong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and HACCP standards.\nExperience managing stewarding operations in a busy hotel environment, including restaurants, banquet facilities, and kitchen operations.\nProven ability to lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness and safety standards.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.\nHands-on approach with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements.\n What is in it for you:\nEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide\nLearning programs through our Academies\nOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!\nAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities\nYour team and working environment:\nFun-loving, Vibrant & Passionate to learn & grow with us!\nOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:\nWe are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.\nWhy work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
