ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nProcess all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously\nEnsure smooth internal telecommunication as per Fairmont Standards\nAccurately record and control wake-up calls\nAssist guests with international calls and directory queries\nCall guests by name whenever possible\nAbide by principles of guest privacy\nHandle guests requests promptly and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor\nAware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers\nStrictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations\nMaintain a clean work environment\n PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES\nWritten and verbal communication skills in Turkish\nWritten and verbal communication skills in English\nAble to
