We are seeking someone who aligns with our culture and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.\nStarting Rate: $27.00 per hour.\nJob Duties Include:\nWarmly welcome guests onboard the luxury shuttle and set a professional, friendly tone\nVerify attendance by checking guests in against the reservation list and ensuring accuracy\nCommunicate key information about schedules, safety, and the overall experience during transit\nAct as the primary point of contact for guests while on the shuttle\nAssist with guest inquiries, special requests, and comfort throughout the ride\nCoordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth departures, arrivals, and guest flow\nMaintain a polished, calm, and attentive presence that reflects a premium experience\nDeliver engaging, real-time interpretation, including accurate insights on Banff National Park, wildlife safety, geography, and local history\nManage guest timing at each destination to ensure smooth departures and adherence to schedule\nAssist guests with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed\nCommunicate guest numbers, timing, and operational updates with the Adventure & Experiences leadership team\nCarry out all other tasks as assigned by the Adventure & Experiences Manager or Executive Team\nYour Skills & Qualifications:\nValid Class 5 driver’s license in good standing, with a willingness to obtain a Class 4 license prior to the start date of employment.\nCurrent Standard First Aid with CPR C or higher required\nStrong knowledge of Banff National Park and surrounding attractions preferred\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nFluency in English and at least one additional language as an asset (depending on guest needs)\nPrevious experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest services preferred\nAbility to manage guest lists and stay organized in a fast-paced environment\nProfessional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service\nComfortable speaking in front of groups and providing clear instructions\nPrevious passenger transportation or hospitality driving experience considered an asset\nExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing conditions\nProfessional, calm, and confident communication style when interacting with guests and colleagues\nPositive, outgoing, and professional attitude with a passion for Banff National Park and the Town of Banff\nAbility to work split shifts including morning and afternoon scenic departures\nComfortable working outdoors in mountain weather conditions\n Comfortable using digital tools and technology to manage guest lists and real-time updates\n Physically capable of lifting up to50lbs and standing for extended periods\n Job Perks & Benefits:\nSubsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full time status employees\nOne complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $8/meal)\nComprehensive benefits package (Medical, Vision & Dental) including extended benefits like; Mental Health, Orthodontics, Fertility Drugs and Gender Affirmation for full time permanent status employees\nDefined Contribution Pension Plan with employer matching up to 5% of annual earnings for full time permanent status employees\nEmployee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties world-wide\nAccess to the Mountain Explorer Travel Program - exclusive room rates for colleagues, which includes 50% off all food & beverage when staying at Fairmont Resorts in Lake Louise, Jasper & Whistler\nDiscounts while using our resort’s Food & Beverage Outlets, Fitness Centre, Spa and Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Courses\nVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
