currently seeking dedicated and dynamic Casual & Part Time Guest Services Agents to join our team at ibis budget Sydney Airport, and support our Front Desk Team, and help ensure guest requirements are Responsibilities:\nProvide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service\nAssist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests\nCheck guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner\nTake reservations as required\nAnswer all telephone calls in a professional manner\nReconcile cashier floats, transactions, and alterations to accounts, collect payment of accounts, and issue receipts accordingly\nEnsure all guest details are fully updated on PMS system to ensure information is correct\nEnsure special requests are actioned appropriately and promptly\nMaintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times\nEnsure relevant information is communicated between departments\n Your experience and skills include:\nService focused personality is essential\n To be successful in this role, you will have:\nThe ability to work a flexible 7-day roster.\nExemplary written and verbal communication skills\nHold a current and valid RSA card in NSW\nWell-presented with a natural ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone\nStrong focus and passion for hotel operations\nAbility
