setting the tone for their stay\nEfficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail\nHandle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally\nProvide comprehensive information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions in Sharjah\nCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their comfort\nMaintain a neat and organized front desk area\nProcess payments and manage guest accounts with precision\nUphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism\nAdapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nProcess all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously\nMaintain
