The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome guests warmly and escort them to their assigned tables\n\nManage restaurant reservations, cancellations, table assignments, and special requests\n\nMaintain accurate knowledge of restaurant layouts, operating hours, menus, promotions, and hotel services\n\nAnswer telephone enquiries professionally and according to service standards\n\nMonitor guest flow and organize waiting lists during busy periods\n\nAnticipate guest needs, respond promptly to enquiries, and assist with resolving concerns\n\nConduct table visits and coordinate with the team to ensure guest satisfaction\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and well-presented hostess desk and dining area\n\nSupport menu preparation, cashiering procedures, and restaurant operations when required\n\nWork closely with colleagues to deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service\n\n Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Hostess or in a similar food and beverage role\nGood verbal communication skills in English, additional languages (Arabic, Russian) are an advantage.\nStrong guest service and interpersonal skills\nPleasant, professional, and well-groomed appearance\nBasic knowledge of food and beverage service\nBasic computer skills\n Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by operational needs.\nAble to manage busy service periods, waiting lists, reservations, and changing guest requirements\nMaintains a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene\nDemonstrates teamwork, professionalism, and a warm, guest-focused approach\nCommitted to maintaining a clean, organized hostess area and following food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures\nWilling to attend training and continuously develop knowledge of restaurant operations, hotel facilities, and service
