The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with commercial acumen, ensuring the highest standards of service while maximising profitability and developing our Heartists.\nKey Responsibilities\nMinimum 5-8 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.\nProven track record in revenue growth, GOP improvement, profitability, and business performance.\nStrong expertise in luxury operations, LQA standards, brand compliance, and guest experience.\nExcellent leadership skills in team development, Heartist engagement, and succession planning.\nStrong commercial acumen in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.\nPrevious experience in the Middle East luxury hospitality market, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC region.\nProven ability to manage operational challenges, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high standards of service excellence.\n A Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.\n\nRelevant professional qualifications in hospitality management or executive leadership are desirable.\n\nStrong knowledge of international luxury hospitality practices and recognized hotel quality standards.\n\nFluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.\n\n Your team and working environment:\nSofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is a 5-star luxury resort featuring 262 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, plus 4 water villas, which encompass 1 grand Royal Suite, 6 themed Opera Suites with private infinity pools, 21 Prestige Suites, 48 Club Millésime Rooms, and 186 Superior and Luxury Rooms.
