the overall management and strategic direction of the property and support all departments in the achievement of operational targets\nThis role requires you to wear many hats, being a true all-rounder who enjoys getting amongst the action and leading by example\n Leading daily operations and driving business performance for the Hotel \n Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business\n Champion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment where all employees are encouraged to provide input\n Develop relationships within the local community\nProven ability with cost controls across departments.\n Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations\n Promote the brand and ensure all brand essentials
