and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to established brand standards.\nReplenishing guest amenities, linen and room supplies.\nReporting maintenance issues, lost property and any safety concerns.\nAssisting with linen handling, stock replenishment and housekeeping storage areas.\nMaintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring chemicals are used and stored safely.\nResponding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.\nFollowing all hotel policies relating to safety, security and guest confidentiality.\nWorking collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.\nSupporting Accor's Heartist culture by providing genuine hospitality to guests and colleagues alike.\n To be successful in this role, you will have:\nPrevious housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).\nA positive attitude and strong attention to detail.\nThe ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nExcellent time management and organisational skills.\nA commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service.\nThe physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, pushing and standing for extended
