Whatever your pace, in the sea or on land, enjoy an experience fueled environment.\n Housekeeping Coordinator\nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCoordinate daily housekeeping activities and maintain accurate records of room status, maintenance requests, lost and found items, and guest requests.\nMonitor and update room status in the property management system to ensure timely room availability.\nServe as the main communication link between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.\nAnswer telephone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle guest requests promptly and professionally.\nPrepare daily reports, attendance records, schedules, and other administrative documentation for the department.\nTrack cleaning supplies, linens, and departmental inventory, reporting any shortages as required.\nCoordinate work orders and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.\nMaintain filing systems and confidential employee and departmental records.\nAssist in onboarding, training coordination, and administrative support for Housekeeping team members.\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.\nSupport departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.\nPrepare and maintain accurate attendance records, duty schedules, leave records, and overtime reports for payroll processing.\n Your experience and skills include:\nPrevious experience in Housekeeping, Administration, or a similar role within a hotel environment.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience with hotel property management systems is an advantage.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.\nGood command of English; additional languages are a plus.\nMinimum one (1) year of experience in a Housekeeping Coordinator, Administrative, or similar support role within a 5-star hotel, preferably a luxury resort in the UAE.\n Why work for Accor?\nWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
