This role involves supervising Room Attendants and Housemen, conducting room and area inspections, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise daily operations of assigned guestroom floors and public areas.\n\nConduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, pantries, and service areas to ensure adherence to brand standards.\n\nMonitor and guide Room Attendants and Housemen to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.\n\nRespond promptly to guest requests and ensure all preferences or special instructions are followed.\n\nTrain, coach, and support housekeeping staff in their duties, including health, safety, and grooming standards.\n\nEnsure adequate stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies are maintained.\n\nReport and follow up on maintenance issues or discrepancies in room status.\n\nEnforce proper use and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.\n\nCoordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth room operations and maintenance follow-ups.\n\nAssist in planning staff schedules and daily task assignments.\n\n Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management\nExcellent communication skills and a professional presentation\nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities\nHighly responsible & reliable\nAbility to work well under
