In this pivotal role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead, motivate, and develop dedicated housekeeping teams while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success through your leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence.\nCoordinate and supervise housekeeping staff activities, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal team productivity and service delivery\nOrganize and oversee the cleaning of guest rooms and common areas in accordance with organizational standards, quality benchmarks, and property-level requirements\nEstablish and implement standardized work processes, cleaning protocols, and operational procedures to maintain consistency across all areas while driving continuous improvement\nConduct regular quality inspections of housekeeping work, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness standards across all facilities\nFoster a guest-centric culture by ensuring continuous guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and responsiveness to feedback\nCollaborate effectively with department heads, front desk personnel, and management teams to address guest concerns and coordinate interdepartmental initiatives\nManage inventory of housekeeping equipment, supplies, and materials; monitor stock levels, place orders, and optimize resource utilization\nParticipate in the recruitment and selection process for housekeeping staff; conduct onboarding and training programs to ensure competency and alignment with organizational standards\nManage relationships with external staffing agencies and optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality\nCoordinate with laundry services and external vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery\nDevelop and manage the housekeeping department budget; analyze labor and material costs to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements\nEnsure strict compliance with hygiene standards, workplace safety regulations, and proper chemical handling procedures across all operations\nAnalyze operational metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve departmental goals\nMentor and motivate team members, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development\nResolve conflicts and address operational challenges with resilience, decisiveness, and transparency\n Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar leadership role in a hospitality or facilities management environment\nExcellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively manage diverse teams\nStrong guest-centric mindset with a courteous, professional demeanor and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service\nDemonstrated ability to maintain high standards of precision and attention to detail in all work processes\nExceptional problem-solving capabilities and strong stress management skills to handle operational challenges effectively\nProficiency in budget management, cost analysis, and financial optimization within departmental operations\nComprehensive knowledge of hygiene standards, workplace safety regulations, and proper chemical handling and storage procedures\nProven experience with staff scheduling, workforce planning, and labor cost management\nDemonstrated ability to conduct quality inspections, implement quality assurance measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nExperience in vendor and supplier management, including negotiation and relationship building\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nProven capability in training, onboarding, and developing housekeeping staff to achieve performance standards\nProficiency in inventory management and procurement processes\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making\nFlexibility and resilience in adapting to changing operational needs and organizational priorities\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team environment\nStrong conflict resolution and performance management skills\nPreferred: Hospitality management certification or relevant professional qualification\nPreferred: Multilingual abilities to support diverse team and guest interactions\n Previous experience in the hospitality industry.\nEgyptian nationality is accepted.\nStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.\nV.
