It supports eco-friendly practices in water, energy, waste, cleaning, and sustainability education.\n Responsible for handling incoming calls and guest requests related to Housekeeping services, coordinating with the Housekeeping team to ensure timely delivery of guest amenities, linen, and other requested items, while maintaining excellent guest service and communication standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnswer incoming telephone calls professionally and respond to guest requests related to Housekeeping services.\n\nRecord, follow up, and coordinate guest requests with the relevant Housekeeping team members to ensure timely completion.\n\nHandle requests for extra amenities, towels, pillows, blankets, baby cots, and other guest supplies.\n\nCommunicate guest requests, complaints, and special instructions accurately to the relevant departments.\n\nMonitor the status of outstanding requests and follow up with the assigned team until completion.\n\nMaintain accurate records of guest requests, telephone calls, lost and found reports, and other Housekeeping-related information.\n\nCoordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments when necessary to resolve guest requests.\n\nEnsure all guest information and room details are handled confidentially.\n\nMaintain cleanliness, organization, and proper documentation at the Housekeeping Order Taker desk.\n\nReport guest complaints, special requests, and operational issues to the supervisor promptly.\n\nFollow hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and brand service standards.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or immediate supervisor.\n\n Minimum education: Senior High School or equivalent.\n\nPrevious experience in Housekeeping, hotel operations, or telephone operator duties is an advantage.\n\nGood verbal communication skills and a polite telephone manner.\n\nBasic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.\n\nGood coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills.\n\nAble to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.\n\nDetail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.\n\nAble to work effectively as part of a team.\n\n Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
