Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. As needed, assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.\n What you will bring to the role:\nPrevious experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury\nAbility to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs\nProven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals\nPrior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/ hub OS\nExcellent time-management, problem solving and organisational skills\n Thrive in our Sofitel
