Experience a refreshing stay in a prime central location.\n The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction in accordance with hotel and Accor brand standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise and support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team\n\nInspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met\n\nEnsure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released on time\n\nAttend to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly\n\nCoordinate with Front Office regarding room status and Engineering on maintenance issues\n\nMonitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and Lost & Found procedures\n\nConduct daily briefings, provide on-the-job training, and support the development of team members\n\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and Accor brand guidelines\n\nPromote teamwork, excellent guest service, and environmental sustainability initiatives\n\nPerform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager\n\nDiploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred\nMinimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within the hospitality industry\n\nGood knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\n\nDetail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure\n\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage\n\nAt IBIS Singapore on Bencoolen', we are committed to the wellbeing and development of our employees.
